Pathology:
Hemangiosarcoma
- Most common in older dogs, especially German Shepherd Dogs
- May arise in any site, but most commonly in spleen, skin, right atrium and liver
- Most common primary cardiac tumour of dogs
Gross Appearance:
Gray to red-black hemorrhagic masses
